This listing is for our custom Cerakote services. This listing is for the base price for our services, and typically covers macro pad size boards in a single color. However, due to large variations in keyboard cases, and what colors you have planned the price will change. After ordering we will contact you within 1-2 business days to finalize pricing and prep you for shipping your board to us.

Below is a rough final pricing breakdown. Final pricing may vary slightly due to overall difficulty with coating certain case designs. This includes cases with lots of blockers, bezels, or tough to reach areas. There may be an upcharge for certain colorshifts or tough to kote colors like Stormtrooper White, Light Sand, etc.

Split keyboards will be similar to the closest size range but with a small upcharge due to adding more case parts.

This pricing is including return US shipping costs.

Cerakote Quality Standards and Expectations: Cerakote is a ceramic coating, and has a very unique texture (like a ceramic). We do all the Cerakote in house, and as much as we would love for every board to be perfect, no kit can be 100% flawless due to coating process.

There may be small grains under the surface of the cerakote and the internal surfaces may be more coarse than external surfaces.

After ordering we will contact you and finalize the Cerakote pricing and color selection. We will also direct you on how to ship to our shop located in Brainerd, Minnesota.

We will take pictures of your board upon receiving, and will take pictures after cerakoting to help with shipping claims. We don't send pictures before return shipping unless requested.

We are not liable for any shipping damage for incoming board shipments. We recommend using an insured shipping method.

We will securly ship out your board in our own packaging and will ship all boards back using insured shipping services.

Before shipping to us, please dissassemble your board. You can reassemble the metal parts for shipping to us though, but we would prefer to only have to remove screws to take it apart, and we don't want to be in charge of keeping the PCB or keycaps safe in our shop.

We will remove all gaskets or feet before coating. If you would like we can cut new gaskets or feet if replacements aren't available on your end.

1. We start by taking the boards apart and prepping the individual parts for coating. This involves scrapping off bumpers and gaskets, plugging all threaded holes, and adding our racking parts.

2. Next we degrease the parts and then sandblast all the parts down to bare metal.

3. Then we Cerakote. After coating, the parts are oven cured to fully bake and cure the coating for super tough finish.

4. Parts will then undergo a QC process. Parts that don't meet our quality standards are recoated and the entire process starts over.
